These Terms govern your use of THE PULL. By using the app, you agree to them.

Entertainment purposes

THE PULL provides astrology-based relationship readings for personal reflection and entertainment. Readings are interpretive, may be inaccurate, and are not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice. Do not use them as the sole basis for an important decision.

Your responsibilities

Provide only information you have permission to use. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use generated content to harass, deceive, or harm another person.

THE PULL PRO subscription

THE PULL PRO is an auto-renewable monthly subscription. The price and billing currency shown by Apple before purchase control. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when purchase is confirmed. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple account subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app for eligible prior purchases.

Local content

Saved charts and reports are stored locally and may be lost if you delete the app, clear app data, or lose access to your device. You are responsible for preserving anything you wish to keep. Features and save limits may change with future versions, subject to applicable law.

Availability

Features may be updated, suspended, or discontinued. Generated readings depend on third-party services and may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate.

Intellectual property

THE PULL’s branding, design, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in information you provide while granting the limited rights needed to process it and provide the requested service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE PULL is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or specific results. Robin Waters is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and governing terms

You may stop using the app at any time. Access may be restricted for fraud, abuse, security threats, or material violation of these Terms. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies where required. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator resides, without overriding mandatory consumer protections where you live.
